    In MS Exchange Server, messages, calendars, and other data items are transmitted and saves on the server. MS Outlook stores these items in the Online PST or offline OST files that are saved on your local computer.


    1. Open Microsoft Outlook application.

    2. Click on the File menu >>Archive option.

    3. Next, select the defined file that you need to archive.

    4. Now, Browse the destination location to store the archived file in the PST file.

    5. Finally, click on the Finish option
